Since 1985, The Non-Profit Assistance Group has provided fund development, board development, strategic planning, evaluation, research and financial management consulting and training to non-profits, foundations and public agencies.

Diane Brown. Diane has a Master’s in Public Administration with a Concentration in Non-Profit Management, teaches graduate non-profit management courses at Sonoma State University and the University of San Francisco and is a frequent presenter at conferences and trainings across the country. Her specialty is helping non-profit, government and foundation boards and staff with fundraising, strategic planning, board development, facilitation and evaluation.
